BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
24 crackers, crumbled
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut cabbage fine and cook until almost done in a little water 5 to 10 minutes. Drain water. Add crackers, milk, butter, eggs, and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done in a buttered casserole.
