CHEESY GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked regular grits
1/2 c. butter
3 c. shredded med. sharp cheddar cheese (3/4 lb.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. paprika, divided
3 eggs, beaten

Cook grits by directions on package. Add butter and cheese, stir until melted. Add Worcestershire and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Add small amount of grits to eggs and then add all to grits. Pour grits into a lightly greased 2 quart dish. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon paprika on top. Cool and place in refrigerator overnight. Remove 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 8 servings.
