ANTIQUE CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Holland Rusk or dry round toast, rolled fine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix all above together; line pan and save 1 cup for top.

FILLING:

2 lbs. dry cottage cheese or sm. curd, drained very well
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
Little salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sweet cream (can also use canned milk, if desired)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
