AUNT FAY'S EASY CHEESE CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix jello and hot water; cool. Put milk in mixer and beat until whipped. Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; add jello. Put in a graham cracker crust; chill until set.

CRUST:

15-20 graham crackers rolled fine

Mix with 1 stick of softened butter and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Press into bottom of pie pan. Save a little crumbs for top of cheesecake.
