AUNT JANE'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
4 to 5 tbsp. melted butter

Grease with butter the bottom and sides of a cheese cake pan (10 inch spring- form pan). Mix together crust ingredients. Pat down firmly in pan and place in freezer while making filling.

FILLING:

24 oz. cream cheese
4 med. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour (very important)
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat together all filling ingredients. Pour over crumbs. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, then turn down to 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 1 hour to cool. Then refrigerate. When cold, unlock side of pan.
