CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli (spears or chopped) or asparagus or use fresh, cook
6 chicken breasts, cooked
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (light is o.k.)
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. or more sherry (opt.)
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange cooked broccoli in 9 x 13 inch pan or large flat casserole. Cut chicken in large bite-size pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup and mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry (if used) and pour over broccoli and chicken. Then sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs and drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly and very hot. 8 or more servings.
