CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Arrange broccoli in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Cut chicken in bite sized pieces (cooked) and place over broccoli.

Mix together soup and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about one hour. May serve over rice.
