CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, thawed (you can also substitute asparagus)
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter

Put broccoli in bottom of 9x13 pan. Place chicken chunks over vegetables. MIX soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry power. Pour over chicken.

Mix melted butter with crumbs and place on top. Top with cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
