WILLIAM & MARY BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears
2 c. sliced, cooked chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange in greased casserole dish. Place chicken on broccoli. Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix the bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over the cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turkey can be used in place of the chicken.
