BAKED BROCCOLI 
1 pt. chopped frozen broccoli
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of skim milk
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Corn Flake crumbs

Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain. Saute onion in butter. Add broccoli. Mix in rice, soup, milk, cheese and salt. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Corn Flake crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
