CAJUN RED BEANS AND SAUSAGE 
8 bacon slices, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper. chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
3 (15 oz. each) cans red kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder with parsley

In Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium high heat 5 minutes, until almost crisp, drain fat. Add onions and green pepper; saute until tender, about 7 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
