CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil

SALAD:

2 cooked chicken breasts
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. rice noodles, fried
3 or 4 more chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 lb. pea pods
1 bell pepper

Combine salad. Pour dressing when ready to serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds over all.
