AMBROSIA FRUIT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-calorie cream cheese, softened
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
14 packets Equal

Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. This can be served as a topping for any fruit salad. Makes 4 cups. 4 tablespoons per serving. Calories per serving: 100. Diabetic exchange: 1/2 nonfat milk, 1 1/2 fat.
