1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. caramel extract
1/2 jar caramel topping
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. chopped mixed nuts

Blend all ingredients together.

Chopped peanuts may be used but mixed nuts make it special.
