DIP OR DUNK FOR FRUIT 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash nutmeg
Dash cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients. Use as a dip for fresh fruits such as apple, pear or banana slices, green grapes, strawberries or blueberries.

This fruit and veggie dip was so easy to make and tasted delicious. I chose this recipe for a day of sharing healthy recipes at my local Curves. Many friends are now requesting the recipe. Since I quadrupled the recipe I varied the flavoring; instead of all vanilla extract, I used some orange, lemon and cinnamon extracts to taste. This recipe is a definite keeper.
