FROSTED FRUIT DIP 
2 oz. lowfat cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Strawberries, seedless grapes, banana or peach slices

Microwave cream cheese in microwave-safe cup or bowl on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until the cheese softens.

To make frosting, blend in powdered sugar and vanilla with the cream cheese. Dip each fruit slice in the frosting while it is still warm so that half is frosted and half is plain. This serves two.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
