CURRIED FRUIT COMPOTE | |
1 lg. can peaches 1 lg. can pears 1 lg. apricots or 2 1 lg. chunk pineapple 1 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/4 tbsp. curry 2 tbsp. flour Mix flour and sugar. Sprinkle curry. Dot with butter and moisten with half of juice. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Refrigerate for 48 hours. Reheat to serve. Excellent with ham. |
