ALASKAN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, prepared 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 1 c. cream, whipped 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half 1 sm. can mandarin orange segments, drained 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. miniature marshmallows Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup lemonade. Blend in pudding mix and remaining lemonade. Cook until mixture comes to a full boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold chipped cream into pudding mixture with remaining ingredients. Chill well. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
