APPLE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 (12 oz.) can water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. (1 medium) diced apple
1 c. green grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine apple juice and water. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of apple juice mixture. Heat 1 cup juice mixture to boiling; add to gelatin. Stir in remaining juice mixture. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken and is consistency of egg whites. Add remaining ingredients to gelatin; mix well. Pour into 5 cup mold and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours or until set. Unmold onto serving plate before serving. Makes 10 servings.
