COTTAGE FRUIT SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 c. milk, divided
1 c. (1/2 pt.) creamed cottage cheese
1 can (16.4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Combine gelatin, sugar and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup cold milk; allow to soften 5 minutes. Heat remaining milk; add to gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Cool until mixture becomes thick and syrupy. Blend in cottage cheese, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pour into 5 1/2 cup oiled mold. Chill until firm. Garnish with greens and fresh fruits. 6-8 servings.
