AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
28 oz. can whole tomatoes
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. egg noodles
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1-2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook onion, celery and green pepper in a little oil until tender. Brown ground beef and remove fat.

Combine onion, celery, green pepper, ground beef, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain. Add tomatoes and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Combine with ground beef and vegetables. Heat and serve.
