GREEN BEAN AND POTATO SOUP 
6 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
3 slices fried bacon
1 can cut green beans with juice
2 cans (14 oz.) evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in 1 1/2 quart water. Boil until tender. Keeping 1 quart of potato water, add green beans and evaporated milk. Cook until potatoes start to fall apart. Add bacon and salt and pepper to taste.
