CHILI CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. half and half
4 eggs

1. Sprinkle chilies on bottom of 9" pie dish then add the cheeses on top or the chilies.

2.Combine Bisquick, half and half, and eggs in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture on top of cheese and chilies.

3. Bake in a moderate oven, 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Insert toothpick to see if done in the center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
