CHEESE GRITS 
3/4 c. quick grits
3 1/2 c. water
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. savory salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika

Cook grits in water 15 minutes (disregard cooking time on box). Mixture will be thick. Mix eggs, butter, cheese, salt, and Tabasco with chili and add to grits. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
