GARLIC CHEESE GRITS | |
1 c. grits 3 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. garlic cheese, shredded 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 stick butter 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten Cook grits with the water and salt by boiling for 3 1/2 minutes. Add shredded cheeses, butter and Worcestershire sauce; set aside. Just before ready to bake, add egg whites. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
