CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water

Cook as directed on package.

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tsp. seasoned salt
Tabasco to taste

Stir into hot grits until cheese and butter are melted. Beat 3 eggs and stir into grits. Pour into oblong pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika for 10 minutes before done.
