CREAMY CHEESEBALL 
32 oz. cream cheese
Garlic powder to taste (about 1 tbsp.)
Chopped pecans to top (about 6 oz.)
6 1/2 oz. Heinz 57

Mix up cream cheese, Heinz 57 and garlic powder with your hands. Mold into cheese ball and cover with nuts. For a creamier cheeseball, blend in a Cuisinart, then spread into a round shape 1" to 1 1/2" high and cover with nuts. Serve with crackers.
