CRESCENT CORDON BLEU | |
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham 6 oz. jar (1 c.) Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained or 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 c. (4 oz.) Kraft shredded natural Swiss cheese 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls Beaten egg, if desired Sesame seed Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet. In medium bowl, combine chicken, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon rounded 1/2 cup ham mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to center; twist slightly and seal edges. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. 8 servings.
