CHILI CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (8 to 9 inch) pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. Half & Half
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack, shredded
4 oz. green chilis

Prick bottom of pie crust and bake 10 minutes. Mix beaten eggs and Half & Half until smooth. Add cheese and chilis. Pour into baked crust and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
