1 lb. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple
Few drops hot sauce, optional
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 sm. stalk celery, diced

Mix all together. Some pineapple juice may have to be added to obtain spreading consistency. You may also use 1/2 each of red and green pepper or more celery.

Makes a nice dip.
