LOW CALORIE BANANA WALNUT CAKE | |
2/3 c. mashed bananas 1/2 c. butter, softened 3 lg. eggs 3/4 c. water 2 c. unbleached flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. raisins Beat butter and bananas until creamy. Add eggs and water, beat well. Stir in dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Add nuts and raisins. Spread batter evenly in oiled and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares. |
