MIDWEST VEGETABLE CRUNCH | |
2 c. broccoli flowerets 2 c. cauliflowerets 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1 c. zucchini, sliced 3/4 c. green onions, sliced 1/2 c. California pitted ripe olives, sliced 1/4 c. carrots, sliced 1 c. (8 oz.) Wishbone Italian Dressing 1 (3 oz.) jar Hormel Bacon Bits In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bacon, cover and marinate in the refrigerator, turning occasionally (4 hours or overnight). Just before serving, toss with bacon bits. Makes about 8 servings. |
