MIDWEST VEGETABLE CRUNCH SALAD | |
2 c. broccoli flowerets 2 c. cauliflowerets 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1 c. zucchini, sliced 3/4 c. green onion, sliced 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced 1/4 c. sliced carrot 1 c. Italian or Ranch dressing 1 sm. jar bacon bits In large bowl combine all ingredients, except bacon bits. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon bits. Makes about 8 servings. |
