YUMMY YAMS CASSEROLE 
8 lg. yams
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and chop yams; cook until done. Drain. Mash in all ingredients; pour into 10 x 15 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. corn flakes

Melt 3/4 stick butter, brown sugar, and nuts; sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
