YAM & CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
1 can (23 oz.) yams, drained
1 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 orange, sliced thin
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. mace

Blend all ingredients, except yams. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Add yams and bake another 15 minutes. Serves 8.
