HOT CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. apples, diced and unpeeled
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 can whole cranberries
1/3 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 stick butter

Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Mix next 3 ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the apple mixture. Place butter pats on top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
