HOT CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. peeled, cored, chopped apples
2 c. whole raw cranberries
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 13 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter

Spray 2 quart casserole with vegetable oil. Place it in the mixture of apples and cranberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with white sugar. In a medium bowl, blend just to moisten, oatmeal, walnuts, brown sugar, and butter. Pour crumb mixture over fruit. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 8-10.
