HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1/4 c. butter
2 lb. steak, cut in strips
1 lb. onions, sliced
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. beef stock
1 clove garlic
Slice of lemon
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. uncooked noodles

Melt butter in a large pot; add steak and onions. Cook until onions are transparent. Add paprika and tomato. Add beef stock. Chop garlic and lemon. Add to onion mixture with caraway seed. Simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Thicken with 2 tablespoons additional butter and flour. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Serve sauce over noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
