HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1-inch square cubes 1/2 lb. lamb, cut in 1-inch square cubes 1 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. fat 10 oz. water 2 stalks celery, cubed 2 lg. carrots, cubed 2 lg. potatoes, cubed 1 tsp. caraway seeds 1 tbsp. paprika Cook meat in fat until browned. Add all ingredients. Add water and cover. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add potatoes last after 1 hour of cooking. |
