HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. lean beef, cut in 1 inch cubes 1 lg. lean veal, cut in 1 inch cubes 1/4 c. fat 3 medium onions, cut fine across grain 3 tbsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Brown meat on all sides. Add onions and saute until clear and tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat until meat is tender, about 2 to 3 hours. Serve over rice, potatoes, or noodles. Approximately 6 servings. |
