ICE CREAM CAKE | |
60 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 1 c. milk 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream 1 med. size Cool Whip Melt butter in pan. Crush crackers and mix with butter. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan; save 1/4 cup for topping. Mix pudding, milk and ice cream. Spoon onto crackers. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle 1/4 cup crackers over Cool Whip. Refrigerate and serve. |
