60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
9 oz. whipped topping
6 Heath bars

Crush Ritz crackers. Melt butter. Add to crackers and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix ice cream, pudding and milk. Pour over cracker crust. Top with whipped topping. Crush Heath bars, sprinkle on top and refrigerate.
