ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. Ritz crackers
2 sm. boxes instant pudding (coconut cream, chocolate, vanilla, etc.)
8 oz. whipped topping
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened

Mash crackers until crumbly and mix together with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan to form a crust. Save 1/4 cup for a topping. mix softened ice cream with milk and DRY pudding mix. Pour over cracker crust and freeze. Add Cool Whip and crumbs on top when ready to serve.
