BROILED PARMESAN ZUCCHINI 
8 sm. zucchini (2 lb.)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of ground marjoram
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut zucchini lengthwise into halves. Place cut sides up on broiler rack. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and marjoram. Set oven to broil. Broil 4 inches from heat 6 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until tender. 8 servings.
