ORIENTAL-STYLE CHICKEN NOODLE
SOUP
 
3 c. water
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
2 med. stalks bok choy with leaves, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 med. carrot, sliced
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Oriental noodles

Heat water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Break apart block of noodles into water. Stir in chicken, bok choy or cabbage, and carrots. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in flavor packet and sesame oil.
