BROILED VEGETABLE BURGERS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
2 c. alfalfa sprouts

Combine ground beef, carrot, green pepper, onion and spices. Shape into patties 1/2 inch thick. Place on rack of unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat to desired doneness, turning once. Place on bun with alfalfa sprouts and favorite toppings.
