IMPOSSIBLE GREEN BEAN PIE 
8 oz. green beans, fresh or frozen
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook beans in boiling water or microwave until tender. Mix beans, mushrooms, onions, garlic and cheese. Put in greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth (about 15 seconds). Pour over veggies. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm. Serves 5 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
