7 GRAIN BANANA BREAD 
1 c. dry cereal (7, 9, 11)
1 1/4 c. unbleached flour or whole wheat
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar or 1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or molasses
Buttermilk
2 ripe bananas
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. In a blender, processor or by hand, mash the bananas and add the oil, mix well. Combine the two, the dry and the wet together. If the mix is too thick, or bananas were not very ripe add some buttermilk to the batter. Pour into greased 8 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Store one day in foil or plastic wrap before slicing.
