PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped peanuts (opt.)
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peanut butter, oil, honey, egg and mashed banana together well. Combine flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and peanuts. Add dry ingredients to peanut butter mixture alternately with milk. Spread batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (9"x5"x3"). Bake for 1 hour, or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for about 5 minutes, then turn out on a wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
