CHINESE HASH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. celery
1 onion
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown 1 1/2 lb. hamburger in skillet with 1 cup diced celery, one onion. Add 1/2 cup whole rice, 1 1/2 cup warm water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered, uncover and sprinkle 1 can Chinese noodles. Bake 1/2 hour longer.
